Paola Rivera

Paola Rivera is the Business Development Manager for LATAM and the US. Originally from Mexico City, Paola studied hospitality in San Sebastián, Spain. This led her to realize her true passion for customer service. Working in the wine industry for some years, she was recruited by TTI SI Mexico and has spent many years thriving in her role with the perfect combination of customer service and helping people and organizations make positive changes.

Paola views herself as a problem solver and loves to help people “untie knots” within their organizations. She believes in openness, great communication, and performing with integrity. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her son and paint. She also enjoys cooking, wine, and good cuisine, and studied to become a sommelier in the UK.
