Jennifer Marin Lopez

Jennifer Lopez is our Director of Human Resources and Culture. She supports the team in all ways possible, from finding talent to conflict resolution. She is focused on aligning policies with TTI Success Insights’ goals and values.

Originally from southern California, Jennifer learned early in her career that she wanted to pursue work in Human Resources since the work is rewarding and ever-evolving. She earned her PHR Certification in 2014 and her SHRM-SCP in 2017. She is a self-professed “total HR nerd” and can’t see herself doing anything else.

Simply being kind to people and practicing empathy is important to Jennifer. She’s passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and believes small actions can make a big impact. When not working, she’s gardening and crafting with her children. She also loves hiking, yoga, and watching movies with her husband.
